This is my 2nd complaint for this company. I received an 'automated' response from Head Office, but nothing from the branch, who I handed my parcel to & I paid for a service I have not received!
Unbelievable (actually, it's not, as the service, or very much, lack thereof, has been appaulling from the beginning)
Not even a phone call, since my 1st complaint, to let me know what has happened to my parcel. 2 months have passed & they don't give a flying hoot.
I will continue posting until someone takes this matter seriously!!!
