Who's Fault? No idea, not our problem

I complained about a packaged that was ordered through Zando on 26th December and only one package was delivered. I've been going back and forth between Zando and CourierIT trying to track down my parcel. I dealt with Samantha in Johannesburg and she said she would look for my parcel but unless I call I don't hear anything. Then in my last complaint I got a phone call from I believe it was Charlene the CSD Manager who said that CourierIT would replace my lost parcel and that Zando would contact me soon, they never did and when i emailed to query at Zando they said they heard nothing about contacting me on behalf of CourierIT. So when i replied to my hellopeter complaint Keith kindly informed me that as far as they know Zando resolved the issue. Well am I the last one to know that the matter is resolved as I am still out of pocket and don't have my parcel. How can the matter be closed? I think they would like this matter to be closed but I will continue to complain and take this matter to the complaint commission if I need to because I will not be silenced and I will not give up until I have my package in my hands. This is and I will not allow CourierIT to get away with it.
