Alan Ross is not worth being a CEO

I am writing this report as I know a lot of people have problems getting replies or help from the CEO of Hyundai S.A, Mr Alan Ross. I wrote email to him enquiring about my Hyundai i10 reving up when changing gears-apparently a universal problem- I would like to know if a fix is available as overseas they have a software update. I guess I should have known better than expecting a reply. I hope the CEO of emperial holdings get to read this, or somehow Hyundai Korea. This man is giving Hyundai a bad name. I know this is not the type of service you get from Hyundai overseas and I'm am sure the president of Hyundai will be shocked. Let us stand together and everyone with problems report it so that us in S.A can get the service we deserve. There is an TSB out on this problem overseas why dont us in S.A have recalls on our cars? I think the problem with the CEO being laze and not bothered about after sales. Please post this if you have received bad service. Lets see if we can get a recall going here. I dont care that you ignored my email, I know you also dont take calls, as I have read, just be proud of what you do or leave. Need person as pasionate as Hyundai president for CEO
