Poor Service from GWM

Please assist me with the following;

During Dec 2012 i bough two GWM Steed 5 LWB bakkies from Gerry Bezuidenhout (salesperson) at GWM Fourways. The agreement was that both vehicles would be licenced in Jan 2013, but something went wrong on his side and he registered both as 2012 models. He tried several times to change it to 2013 model but couldn't succeed!

He asked if we could settle this problem and proposed to give me on both vehichles the following, because it is now a year older model than agreed upon;
1) First two services wil be paid for by GWM Fourways on both vehichles
2) Extended warranty (except the warranties that i am paying for) on both vehicles.

We agreed, and after several phone calls to Gerry, he did not give me anything in writing. All our convesations were telephonically an the last time he promised me the documents was on Friday 19 April.
He promised me the documents will be emailed at 16H00 that afternoon.

Nothing happened till now and I have spoken to Mr. Johan who is now the dealer principal i suppose. Johan aranged a telephonic meeting for Monday 6 May at 10H00, but uptill now nobody did phone me to solve the problem.
