I wanted to learn to play the Guitar, I found this Guitar School in Boksburg, Owner Johan Swart so he looked nice and decided to sign up, I signed the contract on the 24 April 2012, (I already started paying from 07/02/2012 my first instalment. I made my last instalment in Dec 2012. I told Ian that I made my last payment in Dec 2012 it is (12 instalment's (one year contract) so I will still come for lessons until my contract expires on the 24 April 2012 and Ian still said yes no problem. on 1 Feb 2013 I received a What-supp Sm's from Ian van der merwe asking if I made a payment yet, so I replied NO and that I already made 12 Inst in Dec, He will speak to Johan Swart, on the 2 February 2013 I received a sms from Ian saying that " I had to finnish in December 2012 because if I want more lessons until 24 April 2013 (contract only expires then) I must pay. I phoned Johan and told him that I did pay from Feb 2012, so Johan said I must get proof, so after a huge argument he phoned me back and said that if the contract runs from 24 April 2012 until 24 April 2013 I am only allowed to pay in that period not before and not after that is how a contract works.
