I called to book my scooter for a service I had to make 13 phone calls to Lourens he never calls me back. He repaired my Scooter before he quoted me, Frans (aparent CEO accrding to the receptionist when I asked to be put through to the MD) tried to cover up the bad service with a quick fix by coming down with the invoice from R1010.42 to R780. I am now forced to pay as I need my vehicle to get to work and back. I have taken this case to the CPA as well as Beeld.
Extremely dissapointed as I used these guys for a service a year ago and they gave me such good service.
No way to treat a customer.
