Volkswagen service levels shocking on a new car!!!

I purchased a new VW golf 7 about 2 months ago. The diesel filter light came on 22nd of April. The car was booked in the Ladysmith dealer on 26th May. Norman, the manager of the mechanical dept. said they only reset the computer box. The next morning the car was leaking oil. The car went in on Monday the 29th and they only found the fault on Thursday evening. All this while no phone calls from them or VW south africa and no car to loan me as well. Anyway they found a cracked camshaft cover. They ordered the part and still no phone call till today the 08th of may to let me know they have the part or to book the car in for repair. They now give me a date till the 16th of May to repair.

VW south africa has not given a reply via e-mail nor a full report on the car to date. They have not phoned me back once since the event nor the dealership. My car has only done 2100km.

What kind of pathetic service is this??
I have owned 4 other VW cars and they dont care about customer service??
