I purchased my 3 series BMW from Leo Haese in Centurion in August 2011. At the time it was 2010 model on the approved used car floor. From the day i got the vehicle i complained of a mettalic rattling noise coming from the front right hand side of the vehicle. This was reported to the dealer who subsequently took the car in for repairs. Needless to say this did not resolve the issue. I took the vehicle back to the dealer several times after this with the same complaint each time being told that it was repaired only to find it was not. Since then i complained to BMW South Africa who got a technical team involved to try and repair the vehicle. After two months of my vehicle being poked and prodded by the technicians, the engine was replaced and the vehicle returned to me with the promise of hassle free motoring. This is however not the case. Not only has the original problem made itslef heard again but further issues which were not there before have arisen. The crowning glory on all this is that today i speak to Jaco at the Leo Haese Centurion who takes the complaint so seriously that he is unable to even get my title correct, the SMS reading Mrs and and MR! Pathetic
