> My vehicle was scheduled for yet another service tomorrow morning 19 November 2013 at BMW Leo Haese Centurion. This will be the fourth time that it is going in for the same problem, the dealership keep explaining to me that they have diagnosed the vehicle with what they refer to as a "superknock".

> I went to the dealership this afternoon to try and sort out a loan vehicle, yet much to my disappointment they could not help me today. This means that I will not be able to book my car in tomorrow as I work as a sales rep and cannot operate without a vehicle. I can't afford to lose any more money at the account of the poor service from BMW South Africa.

> I have been trying to sell the vehicle and I missed out on 3 offers the last time it was booked in, as it took a total of 21 days in the last attempt to sort out this problem. The Leo Haese team have shown me evidence of the efforts they have made to obtain information needed pertaining to my case, however no feedback has been received from BMW South Africa. Yet again I have lost money at the account of the shocking service or lack thereof from BMW South Africa.
