BAD SERVICE: LEO HASE CENTURION

On 16 July 2013 my BMW had a problem with the water cooling system. I phoned Leo Hase and spoke to Jaco (Service Manager). I arranged the vehicle to be towed to Centurion (Leo Hase). Arrangements made with Jaco for urgent attendance to vehicle. Service "Consultant" indicate will book in and probably only attended to the next day. This issue was resolved and approximately 14:30 Andrey (Service Consultant phone and indicated nothing wrong with pressure. They will further investigate. On 17 Jul 2013 @ - 11:00 I phoned again to find out what is happening only to discover nothing further was done since yesterday and they might have time later the afternoon to carry on with work. I had before I have taken my vehicle in got an indication they will be able to attend urgently to it other wise I will go to Menlyn. Apparently the Dealer Principle is too high and mighty to speak to as I was refused on the telephone. I learnt form a friend also tis is the worst dealer to take your BMW for services as he is also taking his to Menlyn. I bought my 2 BMW from Leo Hase Centurion and services them there but will never support them again in future. WORST experience, bad service.
