I have been a BMW client for 18 years, but after the response I recently got from the parts manager of Leo Haese when trying to request that they take my car in and find a fault that they had failed to correct on two previous occasions, when I queried that Leo Haese could only service my vehicle two weeks from the date of request I was concerned that I was going over the permitted mileage and that I would loose my warranty, the response I received after being taken to the parts manager as the service manager and dealer principle were not around to take my query, the parts managers response was " you should run your life around your vehicle " I was shocked to get that response and asked to see the dealer principles secretary and again was told she also was not in, I ask who works in that dealership- annoyed I phoned BMW SA where I received the service one would expect from BMW- I do not recommend purchasing any vehicle from Leo Haese Centurion - they will take your money and then you will have to live your life to suite there service requirements which are obviously not adequate to service there clients... I WILL NEVER SUPPORT LEO HAESE CENTURION AGAIN
