10 months and postal adress still not changed

Since November 2012 I have been trying to get Leo Haese to change my postal address which they incorrectly processed despite receiving all the correct documents at the time of the purchase of the vehicle. I have followed up countless times with no success. Now the driver has resigned and disappeared with my certified copies of documents. UNACCEPTABLE control and shocking customer services. I have been driving BMW for approx. 20 years! This is not representative of the BMW brand and I will not buy another BMW or advise any friends to buy a BMW from thsi dealer. I will also not take my vehicle there for a service. I was charged licence and registration and I still do not have the correct documents.
