On 30/10/2012 I took my vehicle to CENCAR in Centurion for a service. On 5/11/2012 I received the vehicle with an account of R10562.10. The vehicle leaked oil profusely and I took it back on 7/11/2012. It took them a week to repair the oil leak and on 12/11/2012 I received the vehicle. The engine bay and covers were full of oil that had not been cleaned. On 7/12/2012 I took the vehicle back to CENCAR as the original faults were back. This time it took them NINE WEEKS to repair and I received the vehicle on 8/02/2013 with an account of R16542.50. On 11/02/2013 I informed CENCAR via e-mail that the vehicle was still not repaired and that they should arrange to pick the vehicle up and repair it. Eventually on 18/02/2013 the vehicle was collected and towed to CENCAR. This time it would take TEN WEEKS to repair. I complained to Robert Bosch South Africa (Denice Hartman) and sent the required documentation to her on 15/04/2013. She promised that "It has been escalated to the dealer and Regional Technical manager and we await for feedback". What a waste of my time! The new account today is R8470.00 with R200 charged for fuel after I gave them the vehicle full of fuel! Disgusting!!!
