BAD SERVICE

Good Day,

The staff working at the Shell shop at the Samrand Shell service station are not professional in the type of environment that they are in. I stop there almost every morning to purchase coffee and muffins. When we get to the counter, staff are at the back sleeping, we have to ask the cashiers to assist and call staff to the front. When they eventually get there they mix up orders and the quality of what is being sold to us is terrible. This morning i purchased pies and the pastry was still uncooked. The lady that was supposed to be serving customers behind the food / coffee counter was supposed to be neat and presentable but this is not the case.

I will not be stopping there any more until something is done to bring the standard of operation to a decent level.
