I have now sent numerous emails to Kia Motors South Africa complaints department regarding a problem with my car - After a very helpful initial email from Jessica Coombs I have since not had one single reply - Even though I have sent 6 separate follow up emails afterwards to try and get any response.
So much for being a loyal Kia customer and buying 2 vehicles in a row from them and referring many people to them. With customer service like this after an issue I am done.
