Kia SA Customer Service - No Response

I have trying to get into contact with Kia SA Customer Service and Warranty Department since 04 Feb 2013 regarding a history of the warranty claims on my vehicle. I requested this information because I bought a new Kia Cerato Koup in Dec, and the vehicle already has had two major problems so far. The first was a switch in the windscreen wiper system, which was fixed by Kia Centurion under warranty, after some drama.

The current warranty repair is on the gearbox, which was damaged when the oil supply to the gearbox failed and the internal gearbox was damaged. The car was been now in the garage for 20days, and almost 8x emails to Customer Service and Warranty Departments has yielded no response.

Absolutely pathetic after sales support! Attempts to contact the customer care manager have been fruitless! Its sad that theres no place to turn!

For anyone thinking about buying a Kia, I really suggest you read the complaints on this website first. Its a rude awakening!
