I cancelled my policy in July and to date am still been debited. the stop order is not cancelled and nobody returns emails into why this is happening. I feel sorry for anybody doing business with this company as the complaints department is not even worried about you.

So many mails have been sent to the complaints department, who is supposed to assist with complaints, and not one was responded on.

Clearly these people are just after their own interest
