I reported a problem with my Kia Cerato back in November 2012. After reporting the matter to Hellopeter, Jessica Coombs emailed me back and promised to deal with the matter and get back to me. Well that has not happened. I have to call her back all the time and her excuse on all occasions were "I'm getting hold of the branch and don't have your file with me. Let me call the branch and i will get back to you'. I am still waiting. Jessica, how do you sleep at night? Is that the type of service YOU expect when YOU are the customer? PATHETIC! KIA, take note, your employees are letting you down. South Africa, take note before you buy a KIA.
