I have been having queries and emails up and down with 2 of your consultants, for the last response i got from both was on the 16/07/2013 i have sent numerous emails after that to confirm if dr account for myself has been sorted??? there is a confusion with the accounts for myself and my daughter who, we both have Dr Seedat that claimed agains the med aid cleary no note has been taken that the one is a peatrician and the other one is a physician??? yet the Hello Peter Consultants Complaints Consultants genevieve fredericks and jennelle appanna are just at pathetic as the payments department from discovery. i will file Hello Peter Complaints again the company every 5days untill my queries are sorted and i will let the rest of SA know how pathetic and disguisting the service is from Discovery as well as the complaints department ----- if they cant even help a customer who can??
