Ronnies Motors
You can learn a lesson from New Vaal Motors

I bought a brand new MB Sprinter that started rusting all over. I was informed by the dealership that I bought it from to take it to the nearest MB dealership for repair. I live in Port Alfred so I toke it to Ronnie Motors, East London in mid July. On 22/07 I started communicating with a very helpful Nikki Robinson via email. At a stage I was informed that MB SA would not except the rust on the roof. After a substantial amount of emails I realised that it was beyond Nikki's capacity. I requested to communicate with her superior, a Bruce Green. I sent numerous emails to his address without any replays. I only received a reply from him after I had enquired after who his superior was. I was give a ridicules target date to get the vehicle to them and that they would only do the work that MB SA had approved. When I protested, I was informed that I should take it back to the dealership that I had bought it from. This i did. New Vaal motors challenged MB SA and the van was repainted at a cost of R50000, and not just the R17000 touch up job that Ronnie Motors wanted to do. Ronnie Motors go to the Vaal Triangle and get a few pointers from New Vaal Motors on how its done.
