I am once again unhappy with the treatment from ABI. I sent 2 emails this week and yet no reply, I spoke to complaints department this morning and yet no reply. why is no one helping me? Do the people know how to resolve complaints? It does not look like they want to help us. The only time when I get a response is when I write on hello peter.
Is this the new way of communicating!!!
