Today around 11am I purchased online a TSR250 with a dual mx helmet. After payment, no notification was given to me. Called the Pretoria East branch to find out if they may have received the order yet, and said they are to wait for head office to send them a order. Highly concerned with the fact that I make a big payment, and have no feedback at all. As well while I browsing around on HelloPeter, I am concerned with the Complaints vs Compliments especially regarding service and delivery. I am now unsure if I want to continue with my order or reverse the payment.
