NO DELIVERY AFTER PAYMENT

On 12.12.2013 I placed an order online and also did the payment online. About 15 minutes later the lady from Sandwich baron phoned me asking if I still want the delivery and I said well yes I've paid and I'm waiting for delivery. She said but they have not received the payment. I told her that I have made payment online and will print a proof of payment from my bank. I went onto my online banking and the payment was pending. I phoned Sandwich baron again and that's when the lady said that her boss cancelled the online payment system. I asked her what we should do and she just said she doesn't know but she can't deliver my order because there is no payment. She said she does not know and her boss is not there. I was really upset because no one was able to help me. I phoned my bank and ask them to cancel the payment but they said that from our side it already went thru and therefor they can't cancel the payment. I returned to the office today after the holidays and checked my bank statement again to make sure the payment went off my account. On 14th December 2013 the payment was deducted from my account.

PLEASE URGENTLY get back to me with a solution to this situation.
