Online Purchase went through, but no delivery

Bought the CRF160-801 through your online e-commerce site on the 2nd of February 2014 and the payment went through and the money is out of my account. The website price was changed on the 3rd of February 2014, which I suppose was because it was a special.

Tried to follow up with PTA-East and they referred me back to as they say it was an error. If the purchase went through, payment was made and there is stock - Why can I not go and get my bikes?

Don't come with refunds or excuses. I payed the advertised price and I am entitled on receiving the goods.
