This is my 5th consecutive month using the online service & each time there have been issues. As per usual i placed my order and paid by credit card. My credit card expired at the end of May 2013 and I already have the new card in my possession. I attempted to pay with the new card but since we were still in May this was not accepted so I paid with the current card. Payment was successfully processed and I received notification to this effect. This morning I received a confirmatory SMS to remind me of time of delivery (set for 3pm). At 2:30pm I received a call to let me know that my delivery had been cancelled due to payment failure. This apparently occurred since payment is only deducted on date of delivery which was 1 June 2013. I would have thought that the system would have picked this up as you enter the exp dt & another arrangement could be made. Alternatively, since they tried to process payment in the morning, they could have called in the morning and a new payment processed. Instead they called me half an hour before delivery was due. I asked if we could make payment & the order still delivered and was told that everyone from the online store was no longer available!
