I placed an order for an Intel CPU from the prophecy shop and paid online with my credit card (Monday). I received no order confirmation mail, no stock notification, no shipping notification, and no emailed invoice following the order. I then emailed for information as I was concerned, and was told my order would ship the following day (Thursday), and a tracking number. I attempted to track the parcel this morning (Friday), and i receive the error message "There are no records available for this label number". I emailed Prophecy regarding this, and have had no response. I am very disappointed in this service, and I am now concerned that I may never see the item I ordered. The lack of communication is SHOCKING.
