I am very unhappy as there is not a lot of bike shops to take a scooter too to be repaired. Then we are forced to visit Big Boy in Silverlakes Pretoria east. Sadly they made promises they could not keep and now we have to wait three months for a scooter that is suppose to be the only transport option to get to work and back. The excuse is that they do not have spares but then again they never have stock when you need something and they do not even bother offering to try and order or help you look for them. It is an absolute disgrace to go and look for something in their Big Boy shop because service is poor and I would not refer anybody to them. Bike repairs and spares are very expensive the least one can do is to give good service.
