Exotic Blinds- Payment Only Concerned not Service

I placed an order for blinds where delivery was promised before 20 March 2013, the order was not delivered in time. Then the order that was delivered a week later had some aspects incorrect and installation of the blinds was poorly done. Stefan the installer was rude and not willing to accommodate my concerns and was adamant about balance of payment, which was only 30% of total total, as a deposit of 70% was paid. He was extremely rude to my mother when he came to install the correct blinds and would not correct the other issues.. It was only when I threatened to withhold payment did he agree to correct it. He then refuse to leave my house until payment was made, he stood there waiting like a repossession agency, shame on you. The invoice clearly indicates final payment within 5 days but that's not the case. Exotic Blinds were only concerned with payment not service. I nor my family or friends will use them again. Extremely Disappointed and Disgusted and I don't want others to succumb to their false promises and poor customer service.
