I took in a ride on board with engine to have it serviced. JP assisted and assured me they could do a minor service - no problem. A week later still waiting for quote or even just a phone call. Finally called in and spoke to lady at reception desk - what a cow! Tells me that they have to wait for a "special" sparkplug etc. 2 days later went to fetch it as I had enough of the bad service. As I walk in I hear her complaining about head office and throwing in the f-word a few times, all in front of a shop full of customers. The best part is this - I drive out of the parking lot to a lawnmower shop across the road. The sales guy pulls out a drawer full of the exact same spark plug I needed - cost me R40. Big Boy Scooters probably didn't even try to find one I guess!!! Thanks for absolutely nothing - hope Head office can shake the staff up in that store!!!
