Well I don't expect a reply from Kia, as I have been trying to get them to collect a Kia Picanto from my office across the road from them for over a week now! The battery on the car is flat so they need to bring jumper leads. I have been promised 3 times now that they will call me back to schedule a time but have yet to hear from any of the staff there. What shocking service this is!
