Good day
I was extremely upset after an incident at Princess Crossing's Sheet Street. I was picking out pillows. I initially decided on 4 pillows and asked if I could put it at the till for the time being. After a while I decided on other pillows. I swapped with the others at the till. I put the other pillows back on the shelf. Caroline came up to me and said I had put the pillows in the wrong place and I should have called her before I put them back on the shelf. I thought I was doing good because it was initially lying on the ground. She arrives with a ladder there. Did she expect me to climb the ladder and pack the pillows at the top of the shelf as it was initially? She talked to me like that in front of other customers. I did not realize, me as the customer, need to pack the shelves correctly when I am making decisions. The manager of the store did apologize to me, and I accepted it. I was more shocked by her actions than anything else. I attached my till slip so you have the date, place and times. I hope she does not talk like that to clients again in the future. This creates a poor image for the store. I will definitely not go to that Sheet Street again.
