Damaged goods and no after sale service

I received a call on 28 Dec 2012 to say that the order will be delivered on that day but it did not, after I made arrangements to take receipt.
It was delivered yesterday 2 Jan 2013. I signed for it as I was excited to receive it but when i inspected it after the delivery guy had left I discovered that the pillows was not in any delivery or protective packaging as the orders usually are and both the pillows and massager original packaging was open already. In fact the original product packaging of both was broken. The courier company was Courier IT, Cape Town.
The pillows are also not what was advertised on groupon, I also checked online and the company's website and the pillows are not the same. In fact the pillows look used and the packet it came in does not fit the size of the pillows as shown in the company's display and it broken as if it is an old package.
As a regular customer, I am seriously enraged that such poor quality goods would be delivered to me.
