We have an outdoor Patio Set and the Pillows on the Patio Set needed to be washed and the Supplier advised us to rather take it in for dry cleaning, as the pillows must not be taken out of the covers, because then we won't be able to get it back into the covers. We went to Landry Land, and the Manager Di, who is never at the shop, but spoke to us via phone guaranteed us that we don't have to worry, she can take the pillows, send it to her supplier and they can clean it without taking the pillows out of the covers, and that we would get it back within 2-3 days. After a week and a half, then only it was ready to be collected, but the pillows were taken out of the covers and not put back into their covers. Di said that she will sort it out for us and that the supplier will be liable, should there be any damages afterwards. After another 2-3 days, Di contacted me and said she got the pillows back and it is ready to be collected. She checked everything and there were 2 small things she mentioned, which was not a problem. When we got there the pillows were not in the same casings and the one zip on the cover stripped and they worked it together by hand. It was in a worst condition.
