Terrible service

I went to the Diep River store yesterday to look for pillows. I asked the assistant and she said they do have stock but they are not going to unpack until the next day, bearing in mind that the store was empty. I asked if they knew if the Blue Route store would have and they said, no, the Blue Route store doesn't sell pillows because they are a small store. I drove all the way to Blue Route only to find the pillows I was looking for at the Mr Price there. I will never go to the Diep River store again and I will inform others not to go to that store either.
