My wife & I bought a rather expensive bed at Hirsch's big bed sale on the weekend.
The bed - on sale - was more expensive than other suppliers, but we decided to purchase it at Hirches as it came with a R 1000 voucher & 2 free pillows.
While paying for the bed, they noticed that they didnt have any stock and so the bed had to get delivered from Boksburg. The problem is that Boksburg had no stock of the pillows. The salesman (Byron) and cashier (Crystal) told us that they would give us the pillows from their stock to take with us. They later changed their mind & told us it would get delivered with the bed. The bed arrived the following day, with no pillows. The driver from Boksburg told us to get them from the Fourways branch.
The following day we went back to Fourways to redeem our voucher & collect the pillows. The voucher was not loaded on their system, Chrystal had to call some people to make this happen. Once this was eventually done, & after waiting at the cashier for around 30 min, we were told that Fourways now had no stock of the pillows.
They promised to follow this all up & get us our pillows. To date, 4 days later, we have had no call & received no pillows. Unhappy!
