Double billing KfC CLEAR WATER

I bought my food which cost me R119.50.as i had no cash on me i used my debit card. The transaction went through, and i know it is that i received an sms notification showing the transaction on my phone.

I even went to an extent of showing Itumeleng the sms with my bank (personal balance).

He asked me to move to another till to swipe again, he did an the transaction went through.

This incident happend on the 24th April

Itumeleng then told me that the first transation will reverse itself, and he will phone, me the following day. H enever phoned, i actually used my owm airtime to enquire aboout my money.

He then told me that his technical team told hime that i have to go to the bank to get a statement''I am very upset about this type of service. KFC is world wide known, but with type of service, i'm afraid its going towards the wall.

Its a pity because my family 0f 4, we all LOVE to have KfC, IN A WEEK WE HAVE TWICE if not three times.my 1yr boy enjoyes his mash and gravy with the snack burger, then my daugter enjoys her twister meal, whilst my wife and myself enjoys our box master meal. This was to really show how we are passionate about KfC, Still today, i have'nt received my money back
