Pathetic Service

On the 25th of Jan, I went to Keg had a few drinks and my bill was R226, I made a card purchase my card declined twice. I received a notification that the payment was made to KEG the waiter told me that my bank will reverse the transaction as this happens a lot. I then paid cash.
2 days later the transaction had not been reversed. I went to the bank to get my statement, it proved that I paid Keg twice.
I lodged a complaint with Keg on the 27th, Mike promised to investigate. They took my contact details and never bothered to get back to me.
I went to Keg more than 3 times already to inquire and same old story, their bank is investigating and they never bother to let me know of what's happening this is despite me making an effort to go to my bank and showing them my statement which is confidential by the way.
This is pathetic service from Keg and I am really disappointed. Until this day, they haven't contacted me which is more than a week. I have to run behind them for my money.
