I went to the Cape Gate KFC drive through yesterday around 10am, and placed my order, (Fully-loaded box meal and a Sweet Chilli twister meal) I asked multiple times that the burger in have EXTRA mayo, and no tomato, as this branch is especially guilty of skimping on the mayo... I then proceeded to double check with the person taking the orders that this was what I was going to get. The operator of the card machine kept putting my card through as a credit card, when I told them numerous times it was a debit card.
Onto the next window, where I asked again, to make sure that the burger had no tomato, and extra mayo. I was assured that this was the case. To my dismay, they had no tomato sauce for the chips... which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant, but I let that slide. Then my drinks were handed to me without covers... pray tell how one drives with drinks like this in the car, on your own? I received the box meal, with no box...
Upon arrival at home, I discovered the burger had NO mayo, and EXTRA TOMATO! The chips were disgustingly dry, and burnt, the Twister had no sauce either. Box meal came with a wing. Mash and Gravy was just gravy. I feel cheated!!
