Once again, I am appauled at the pathetic customer service & disgusting attitude of the cashiers at KFC Gateway, namely Ayanda and Nomfundo on this specific day but I assure you that its been the same pathetic service on all occasions at this particular KFC. I am expected to stand & wait 15-30 minutes before placing my order as I am told "no you cant come now, we still busy with other clients orders" when I asked if they finally ready to take my order. I then complained that I was standing there for 15minutes without any service and was told "you can just wait" then the cheek of a whole lot said about me in zulu to the rest of the KFC staff in the kitchen, not realising my friend and I understand zulu. I was also told 'we have to service other customers & give them their orders before taking yours, thats how we work here and we are busy" This is NOT how it works at KFC in Mauritius, USA and Europe! Customer service stinks at this KFC and ive had the same service on every occasion! If you dont want to put up with pathetic service and attitude refrain from wasting your time & money at this KFC! ps my pops came burnt & chicken & mayo had hardly anything in it! Ive got pictures
