After waiting in the line for almost 45 minutes at the drive through to buy 4 ice creams we were told that the ice cream machine was not in a working order. Surely if you as a Manager know that you are unable to provide a certain service to your clients you would make a note on the menu boards outside to say that this specific item can not be served.
Not even a proper apology for the lack of service was given. The lady taking the orders just went on taking other orders not even listening to what we were complaining about. I find this disgusting for a company that is "so big on customers". Communicate and let your clients know what is on the menu and what is not available, instead of wasting 45 minutes of our time.
