Bad attitutude and bad service

Good morning Sir/Madam.

My name is Naletsana Mokoto, 24 years of age and a very loyal Chicken Licken customer. On several occasions i've been to the store and received bad service. either the cashier will give you attitude while placing your order or when collecting. Today in particular, I was waiting to be served. I was waiting by the till, for a good 5 minutes or so. I then asked the ladies at the back for service as I saw that the lady who takes orders at the till left me without even telling me that she takes orders and also gives out orders to customers. See I understand if she was the only one responsible for taking orders and giving them out when customers collect, but the polite thing that she should have done is to tell me that she is going to give customers their orders first then she will come to serve me, mind you this in not the first time I experience this. The other thing, with my meal I chose Fanta Orange. I was rushing to work and so I just grabbed my order and rushed off, when I get to work I realise that she gave coke instead of Fanta, and it clearly states on my slip what drink I ordered. As loyal as i am, I am sick of the bad service.
