To whom it may concern
KFC Eureka is a new branch that opened recently but I have never came across a KFC branch with such poor service.
It's obvious that they don't know what customer service is all about.
- Bad Attitude
- Delayed
- Slob-by
- Untidy
Etc etc etc...
I go there every morning for a sandwich, either I get a cheese and egg sandwich without the cheese or I get a sandwich that's not toasted or I can not use the drive through because they short of staff.
On one occasion I received oats pap with no syrup or sugar.
This morning was the ultimate where by they make wait 10 minutes for a chicken and mayo sandwich and if i didn't ask how far they are with the sandwich nobody would have told me that they actually burnt the bread and have to do it over.
Pathetic, disgusting or terrible is not the word to use for that branch.
Seeing that it's a new store opening they should have the best service ever however they lack customer service.
I am done with KFC Eureka.
