On the 17 December 2013 I had visited the branch to order a meal. While standing in the line in front of the lady at the till, she proceeded to talk to the customer behind me and take there order until I stopped and asked her why she didn't take my order of which she replied I didn't know you were ready. Which seems strange as I stood in the line for that long to order obviously! To make matters worse she then proceeded to call the manager to take my order in which she told him and the other customers in Zulu that she was tired and did not want to serve me in Zulu. I speak 3 language including Zulu.
The manager seemed to not care as well and made an excuse that the lady does not work at the till normally and seemed to be uninterested as it was an hour before closing and he did not want my business so I simply left.
Please never order from this branch as the attitude stinks.
