I ordered a Pizone and was told it would be ready in 10min, so I wait patiently right outside the door, where I see Scooters staff bringing take away orders to customers sitting outside and think to myself that's nice of them. 15 min later I'm wondering where is my food is, so I ask. It had been sitting behind the counter for 5 min getting cold and when I ask about this the manager Dina says to me, "it's your responsibility to come and fetch your food." Nobody called my order number to alert me that my food was ready, or even tried making eye contact so that I could come and fetch my food. When I queried this I was told, "you are not our only customer and we have other things to do like administration and I'm not gonna stand here shouting order numbers! " This even after I had to wait for her to put her laptop down to take my order when I got there. I'm sorry but it is UNACCEPTABLE to treat your customers like that, I'm not expecting you to bring me my food but let me know when it is ready and I will fetch it myself. I will definitely not be going back to Scooters Pizza, why would I want to be treated like when all other patrons are showed such kindness?
