I ordered my food @ 11h25 am on the 19th April 2013 and I was advised it will be delivered between 45 mins to an hour. at 12h30 I called to find out how far my order is and I was told I would be called back once they got hold of the driver. No one called back. at 12h52 I called back and i was told again that i would be called back.
This is not the first time this happened to me. Its actually the third time I have to deal with bad service without a apology.
For such an expensive service I expect good service and communications to advise if my expectations cant be met.
