I called debonairs at 7pm to order pizza for my family. I was home with my husband and two kids. I spoke to happiness who took my order and said our food wil be delivered in 35mins. 1hour later I called back, they said that the delivery guy had left akready and is in his way. another 30mins I called again and they said he will be here soon. when it hit the 2hour mark I called to confirm the address, they confirmed its cirrect abd that he will be there soon. now I was with my children who hadnt eaten and waiting to go to bed as they have school the next day. so I called back and asked for the manager namedGoodman who apologised and said his driver had been robbed. Now this is what make sme so upset. The right thing to do was to call and say driver is late, lost or robbed, instead I had to waste for phonecalls, and my time. it was now 9pm. they didnt bother to call, and by the way its the second time we ordered delivery, and they said the driver was robbed, that made me more angry. and its not about the food, its about customer service. I work in insurance industry, and thats not how customers are treated, that is how they are lost. and by the way, the delivery guy never showed up!!!
