We placed an order @ 12h30 today for a delivery at office 500 meters down the road.
We called the first time @ 13h40 to see how far the driver was, as nothing was delivered yet. One of the gents who answered stated that the driver had left and would be at our destination in 10 minutes.
At 14h10 we called again and the lady said "But the driver has left" when I said please call driver to find out where he is she first said "I don't know" and then when I said you must call the driver again she said "ok" and hung up the phone. The delivery eventually arrived at 14h25 which didn't have half of the order right!!
I wont be going to this Steers again with such bad service - if they cant even get your food order right and delivery on time - then how will I be sure that the food will not be off / or bad?
