I ordered sushi for delivery. Here's a summary of what happened:
- while placing the order (this wasn't my 1st time) they did not have my details, I had to provide all my details again
- after an hour, my delivery had still not arrived - so I called, and was only then informed that they were "very busy" and there were three deliveries before me
- I called again (after 20 minutes) and was told, that they would contact the driver to find out where 'he' is.
- After not receiving a follow up call, I called again after an additional 15 minutes, all the operator could do was apologise, and not provide any decent explanation. The operator even had the audacity to give me the driver's number so that I should call him and find out where he is. After which I "kindly" informed them that is not my job nor my responsibility. 10 minutes later I get a call from the driver asking for directions to my house. Seriously!
- when the driver arrived he informed me that it was the operator's first day and there had been many mistakes
As this is the second time such a similar experience has happened i would not recommend this established and will never use them again.
