I called Nando's Douglasdale at 2pm on Sunday 27th Jan 2013 and was told it will take 20-30mins to be delivered 3km away. I called 50mins later to query delivery to be told that it is on the way. Then 30 mins later still nothing, i called again and the manager tol me that he will follow up and call me back.. which he didnt. I received my order at 14:30 only to get it Ice cold and as usual stale rolls. We called the manager again and all he could say was im sorry im sorry we only have one driver?
They should have given a proper estimate or advised us that there is only 1 driver.
