On Wednesday 28/08 I placed an order for delivery with KFC call centre as I often have done before. After waiting for 1 hour for my delivery I then called the office again and was advised that they will call me back. When they called back they advised that the driver was on his way by that time the driver had arrived when I checked my order everything was cold I advised the call centre of the cold food and they patched me through to the manager, who agreed to send another driver with a replacement meal. I received my meal and was content... Today I called again to place an order for delivery and was advised by the KFC call centre that they are not to deliver to me any more as I have too many complaints. When I enquired further the agent offered to put me through to the manager Keith who had advised them to load the note. Upon speaking to Keith he advised that he had previously had another complaint from me other than Wednesday and that the food I sent back had to be thrown in the bin. I cannot believe the audacity of this franchise that should one expect service as should be ones right you will no longer be served at all. Well done KFC I believe that's called bullying.
